Vernick Fish is our version of an american oyster bar. ingredient-driven cooking, paired with a love for global flavors results in an inventive menu of fish and shellfish dishes with a range of vegetable preparations.

taking a detailed, seasonal, and sustainable approach in small and large plate offerings, we aim to bring new life to the favorite hallmarks of oyster bar fare. we make a commitment to quality — whether we are buying stream, farmed, wild-caught or even preserved tinned fish — everything we use is the very best product we can source, handled in the very best way we can to bring forth authentic flavor.

complementing the dining experience are well-crafted cocktails, and a focused wine list of seafood-friendly white and sparkling offerings, as well as light, fresh reds.

we are open for lunch service on tuesday - saturday from 11:30am - 2:00pm & 5:00pm - 10:00pm.
